OK, Bag Monster is a moronic name, but Monster has become a catch-all phrase for "Hey, this will help you do something" This section will help you find the bags you're looking for (like you're really looking for them). Leaving everything blank will retrieve a list of all bags, however that may cause the page to load slowly.

Ghana Airways

Received From: Andrew Angel
Print or Image Color: Blue, Black, Red, Green
Background / Bag Color: White
Excellent colorful logo on the bottom of the bag with a lot of instructions on the front.

Ghoulardi Ghoul

Approximate Vintage: 1998
Received From: Bob Paulin
Print or Image Color: Black
Background / Bag Color: Tan
If you're ever in Cleveland on a Friday night, tune into "The Ghoul" on WB 55 at 11:30 PM. As part of a Christmas Parade, the show distributed these bags to an unsuspecting public. The bag warns you, "Do not use while operating stuff or juggling Kielbasi!". Now that's good sensible advice!

Ghoulardi Ghoul

Received From: Mark Kruckenberg
Print or Image Color: Blue
Background / Bag Color: Tan
This is an extraordinarily rare item. I believe that there are only 3 of these in existence, as the creator of this novelty bag ("Magic Mark" Kruckenberg) printed these bags by hand with screens. Besides the obvious color difference with the other Ghoul Bag, this bag says, "The only thing worse than missing the bag is missing The Ghoul". The black bag says, "The only thing worse than missing the bag is missing The Ghoul Movie!" Small, but important distinction.

This Bag also comes with a letter of authenticity.

Girls Passed Out

Approximate Vintage: 2006
Received From: Helen Senior
Print or Image Color: Black, Pink
Background / Bag Color: White
If you are a bachelorette in the UK, you might find yourself face-to-face with one of these bags that features a woman passed out under a disco ball with vomit streaming from her mouth (or perhaps it's blood?)

But then the bag gets soberingly serious. It says "SAFETY FIRST. To avoid danger of suffocation keep this bag away from babies and children", like this novelty item suddenly is worried about liability.

I also love how it says "Not to be sold separately". I can't imagine why not.

Glee

Approximate Vintage: 2010
Received From: Bob Gross
Print or Image Color: Black, Red
Background / Bag Color: White
Bob had to beg a cheerleader at a Glee show for this item. His wife says he has plenty of experience begging from cheerleaders.

GMG Airlines

Received From: Matthias Koch
This is quite simply one of the most beautiful bags in the collection. Especially when you compare it to other crappy Bangladesh bag from Biman Bangladesh. The bag says First Class All the Way, and I believe it. Beautiful prancing reindeer on a textured pattern that could be wallpaper in an affluent household. The font that GMG is written in is reminiscent of the computer generated THX (shhh, the audience is listening) logo. All around, a huge winner.

Go Air

Approximate Vintage: 2007
Received From: Alan Howlett
Print or Image Color: Blue
Background / Bag Color: White
This Indian bag exhorts you to Fly Smart. The gusset has the word "Creation" in it along with the number: 9122-25672626

Gogobus

Approximate Vintage: 2001
Received From: Christian Annyas
Print or Image Color: Red
Background / Bag Color: White Plastic
A beautiful large Chinese bus bag. Nice spacing and perpendicular design.

According to barf groupie Xiao-yan Shu it says, "Tong Bao Bus Sickness/Garbage Bag".

GOL

Received From: Denir Camargo
Print or Image Color: Orange and Black
Background / Bag Color: White
It seems to me that Brazilians are just a little too fixated on soccer. Why else would you name an airline Gooooooooooooool!? Nifty rollercoaster loop-de-loops printed on bag as a bonus.

GOL

Approximate Vintage: 2004
Received From: Denir Camargo
Print or Image Color: Orange and Black
Background / Bag Color: White
Same as earlier GOL bag except they dropped the phone number for the sales office. The also now tell you to check the web site or consult your travel agent.

GOL

Approximate Vintage: 2005
Received From: Mauricio Canosa
Print or Image Color: Orange and Black
Background / Bag Color: White
Same as earlier GOL bag except they dropped the phone number for the sales office. They no longer tell you to consult your travel agent.

GOL

Received From: Denir Camargo
Print or Image Color: White
Background / Bag Color: Orange, White
This bag probably pre-dates all the other GOL bags even though it does have a web site on it. Who knows? Can someone edify me?

Golden Throats 2

Approximate Vintage: 1991
Received From: Robert Freilich
Print or Image Color: Black
Background / Bag Color: Tan
Ebay purchase. Golden Throats 2 is a Celebrity Rock Oddities album featuring William Shatner, Sammy Davis Jr., Leonard Nimoy, Phyllis Diller etc. Another Rhino Records Barf Bag album.

Good Luck Japhy

Received From: Mark Dominus
Print or Image Color: Black
Background / Bag Color: White and Tan
This bag is part of the "Regular Expression" collection put out by Mark Dominus for his Perl class.

Gorkha Airlines

Received From: Matthias Koch
Print or Image Color: Yellow
Background / Bag Color: Black
Yet another beautiful bag, this one from Nepal. Nice try on the word 'gallant', but I guess 'galiant' is OK. It's hard to tell from the scan, but the closing mechanism is a stretchy rubber band type of closure. And it's taped to the bag with a blank price tag. Great bag.

Gorkha Airlines

Received From: Paul Mundy
Print or Image Color: Yellow
Background / Bag Color: Black
Well Gorkha fixed up the word 'gallant' and also filled in the wings with yellow. A much more proper bag to throw up in.

Grand Air

Received From: Christoph Vogel
Print or Image Color: Blue and Yellow
Background / Bag Color: Blue and White
Probably the largest instructions of any bag that encourages travelers to wonder what this bag could be for. Logo suggests "We're number 3!"

Grand Navi Veloci

Received From: Manfred Kleber
Print or Image Color: Blue
Background / Bag Color: White
Awesome perspective shot of a ship that really gives the impression of sea sickness. Incredibly sturdy bag that could be used to carry fried chicken.

Grateful Dead - Boogie 'Till You Barf

Received From: Guapo
Print or Image Color: Black
Background / Bag Color: White
I was surprised to find that the Grateful Dead issued a bag (did they issue it or someone else?). But at the same time, why would it surprise me? The text is Root Boy Slim-like. It can be tough to find certain Dead memorabilia, so I'm happy to have this particular bag.

Gray Generic Falten

Received From: Itamar Rotlevi
Print or Image Color: White
Background / Bag Color: Gray
Has a ship on one side and an airplane on the other. Maybe it's generic? Paul Hockaday seems to remember the bag fondly: "The bag was issued midway between Sicily and Malta aboard a hydrofoil craft that was experiencing a servere squall."

Leonór Orbán de Lengyelfalva says, "Unknown 9 is an airsicknessbag used by Malev. In 1996 I flew to Budapest with my family and took this bag home with me."

However, fellow collector Bruce Kelly says it's a generic. There have been enough different reports of this bags origin that I must agree.
